The structure of fender body :
- Construction of fender body : The body of pneumatic fender consists of 3 different layer.- Outer rubber layer : Rubber layer that covers the outside of the fender to protect the cord layer and the inner liner rubber from abrasion and other external forces.- Synthetic-nylon-cord layer for reinforcement : Layer made of synthetic-nylon-cord fabric, which strengthens the rubber layer of the fender.- Inner Rubber Layer : Rubber layer that seals the pressurized air inside the fender
